Creating Light from Shadows

This half-day learning experience involves the following:

Through exploration of Carl Jung’s theory of the Shadow self, as seen from the perspective of energy healing, you will learn how we can integrate all aspects of our character in order to lead a light-filled, joyful existence. To further help us understand why we make the choices we do and how to make better ones, some of the archetypes will be explored as well. Practical exercises are included.

Distant learning students use a workbook and complete the practical exercises independently.
